Ambrose is a dimensional-style natural dolomitic limestone thin veneer. The stone has a beautiful range of vibrant colors including copper, gold, and gray tones from natural mineral staining. Ambrose is sawn to specific heights of 2.25″, 5″, and 7.75″. Dimensional style stones such as Ambrose are also referred to as sawn height or tailored due to their formal clean-cut edges.
Ambrose is well suited for both large- and small-scale applications. For very large projects, 10.5″ and 14.25″ heights can be added for an additional cost. Ambrose is cut specifically for a half-inch mortar joint and shown with standard grey mortar. Installation of Ambrose and other dimensional-style stones is generally quicker and more cost-effective due to the set heights.
