We believe our natural stone veneers achieve a level of lasting beauty and satisfaction for our customers that no other building material can match. Of course, we want our customers to be the final judge of the quality of their stone. We offer a 100% unconditional guarantee on our natural stone veneers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your stone purchase within the first 30 days of receiving it, you can return your purchase to Quarry Mill in its original condition and original packaging. There is a 25% restocking fee, and it is your responsibility to pay return freight charges.
Quarry Mill Limited Lifetime Stone Warranty
Our natural stone veneer is covered under our limited lifetime warranty and available to the original purchaser. All natural stone veneers from the Quarry Mill are guaranteed to be free from defects in the stone and/or workmanship. Quarry Mill may, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective stones free of charge. It is expected that a small percentage of natural stone will break during transport. All pallets are stocked with extra stone slightly over the amount ordered to accommodate for any breakage. Quarry Mill's warranty does not cover improper installation.
