Westminster Natural Thin Stone Veneer
Westminster is a dark tone natural thin cut limestone veneer. The stone is a mix of dark greys and light blacks with some golds from natural mineral staining. The stone falls loosely into the ashlar category but consists of a mix of ashlar (medium) and castle rock (larger) sized pieces. All of the pieces of limestone have been split with a hydraulic press. Westminster’s pieces are primarily rectangular with some irregularity. The raw stone used to create the veneer is quite rough so it does not split as clean and evenly as some of our other stones. The imperfections add character and natural beauty to the finished installation.
