Biscayne Natural Thin Stone Veneer

Biscayne is a classic grey castle rock thin veneer with a tumbled finish.  The stone is predominantly grey and has some soft hints of tans and light browns.  The raw stone used to create Biscayne is extracted from some of the deepest areas of the quarry.  In most quarries, the deeper you go the less color there is in the stone.  The neutral color comes from a lack of mineral penetration from the rainwater. Occasionally, the minerals make it down through natural cracks or fissures in the stone giving a small percentage of pieces some soft hints of color.
