Carpathian Natural Thin Stone Veneer

Carpathian is a rustic irregular natural stone veneer in the mosaic style.  The finished veneer consists of irregular pieces in a full range of earth tones.  The veneer is a blend of quarried stones and hand-picked fieldstones.  Both the quarried stones and fieldstones come from the same raw stone. The fieldstones are the pieces that are found on the top layer of the bedrock; they were pushed up through the topsoil by the frost over the course of many years.  The loose fieldstone pieces appear in the farm fields every spring and are hand-picked and removed for better farming and to create thin stone veneer.  The fieldstones are blended with the quarried stones to create Carpathian.
