Barcelona is a dimensional cut natural granite thin stone veneer.  The stone has a consistent color and medium tight grain.  The light grey granite is sometimes called salt and pepper as you can see the individual grains when looking closely at the stone.  Barcelona is sawed to three heights of 2.25”, 5”, and 7.75” for a clean and formal look.  The raw stone is quarried as massive blocks. The only way to process the massive blocks is to saw them and create a dimensional style stone. Depending on the architectural scope of the project, we are able to cut larger pieces, custom sizes, or make cladding out of Barcelona.
