Kenai Natural Stone Veneer Sample Board

Professionally made 12"x13.5" display board made to show the stones' range of color and texture. The pieces of stone will usually be sawn on the edges to fit the board whereas the actual product will not be. Price includes shipping via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrives within five business days. Sample costs are refunded upon placing the stone order.

Description

Kenai real stone veneer is a natural basalt in the mosaic style. The stone has predominantly darker grey tones with hints of brown/rust. Kenai’s mosaic style takes you back in time to the old logging camps of beautiful northern Wisconsin. Kenai is a trap rock and is not quarried in the traditional sense as the stone is pulled from the wall in large vertical columns. This stone has not been sawn on the back but instead has a split back as the stone natural breaks in approximately 1” thick layers. Stones like Kenai are sometimes referred to as “natural back”. This will have no effect on the installation of final appearance.
