Stillwater is a real thin cut veneer showcasing the different faces and colors of natural limestone.  The finished veneer is a beautiful blend of stone from two neighboring quarries.  Dolomitic limestone like Stillwater is known for its color variations and character.  The stone has soft gold and grey tones from the exterior part of the limestone slabs.  The darker greys and charcoal tones show the interior part of the stone.  There is a stark contrast between the textures of the interior and exterior parts of the stone.  The mix of the colors and textures creates character and yet the blend of stones look like they belong together as nature intended.
