Glendale Natural Thin Stone Veneer
Glendale is a natural limestone veneer in the classic ashlar style. The veneer is cut from dolomitic limestone quarried on the Niagara Escarpment. This dolomitic limestone is renowned for its durability and longevity. Waste stone created in the process of making this thin veneer is the primary choice for DOT gravel. The veneer itself is a blend of stone from two neighboring quarries. Although separated by mere miles, the changes in color are incredible with one quarry producing the greys and the other contributing the buffs and tans. The tops and bottoms of the pieces are unaltered creating a beautiful rough ashlar style.
