Niagara Natural Thin Stone Veneer
Niagara is a castle rock style real stone veneer. The thin stone veneer is cut from high density sandstone and gets its color from mineral staining. The mineral staining occurred naturally in the quarry over time as water washed minerals between the individual layers of stone. Niagara’s cool and consistent tones of blue, white and grey come from the deeper areas of the quarry. The individual pieces of stone have rugged and unique textures including dimpled, smooth, wavy and sandy. Each piece of stone has been cut on four sides into rough rectangles with a hydraulic press, for this reason this style is also called square-rec.
