Maple Bluff Natural Thin Stone Veneer
Maple Bluff is a neutral but colorful castle rock-style natural limestone veneer. The finished thin veneer is a textbook example of how mineral staining impacts stone. The colors vary considerably from piece to piece with gold tones, tan tones, and some black tones.
It can almost appear as if Maple Bluff was artificially colored but this could not be further from the truth. The raw stone is off-white or gray. As the rainwater ran through the layers of stone over millennia, it deposited any minerals it picked leaving behind beautiful tones of gold, tan, and black.
