Alpine is a true white dimensional style natural limestone veneer. The stone has a unique true white color with no mineral staining as it comes from one of the deepest quarrying operations at 60-80 feet in depth. At this depth, the limestone is unadulterated which is uncommon as most natural stones have some mineral staining. Alpine has set heights of 2.25″, 5”, and 7.75″.
Alpine has a natural split face showing the interior part of the stone. The split face is made using a hydraulic press. The stone is cut specifically for a half-inch mortar joint. It is shown with standard grey mortar but white mortar is also a common choice. Installation of Alpine will be quicker than some of our other stones due to its dimensional style with set sizes and consistent heights. For very large projects, 10.5″ and 14.25″ heights can be added for an additional cost.
