Geneva real stone veneer is a natural Wisconsin limestone in a mosaic pattern.  The stone has a tumbled finish which softens both the colors and texture. The Geneva raw stone is quite colorful due to natural mineral staining. The tumbling process scuffs the stone and brings out more of the underlying whites and greys from the interior of the limestone. What can start as a brighter red or lavender becomes a more neutral and pleasing plum tone after tumbling.  The individual pieces of stone have all-natural edges and are in random shapes.
