We found out about The Quarry Mill from an acquaintance at a dinner party who had just used them and highly recommended the company. The Quarry Mill had an incredible amount of options so we were able to find the perfect stone. The Jodeco stone is absolutely terrific. I would recommend The Quarry Mill and have to many of my friends and neighbors.
Jodeco is an ashlar style natural thin cut limestone veneer that showcases beautiful veining. The stone is incredibly complex and shows more natural veining than any other veneer we offer. The horizontal veining comes from the unique layering of the limestone quarry. Jodeco shows exclusively the splitface or interior part of the stone. The interior part of the stone is exposed to the elements for the first time; this is one of the very few natural stone veneers we offer that will fade if not sealed. The new exposure will fade the stone to a lighter grey tone. This has no impact on the integrity of the stone. To keep the beautiful darker tones and pronounced veining, a dry look sealer can be easily applied after installation.
