I found working with Quarry Mill to be a wonderful and easy experience. I had little to no experience picking out stone and found the information provided on the website to be very helpful and informative. The stone was also less than other options at my local stores making this a very affordable build for natural stone siding. I was building this home in a state where I was not living at the time and they made the delivery stress free and easy to coordinate with my contractor.
Shadow Vista is a natural low height ledgestone thin veneer in shades of grey and light black. The real stone veneer predominantly showcases the interior part or split face of the stone that is exposed during processing with a hydraulic press. For consistency, our mock-up shows the stone with a half-inch gray mortar joint, however, Shadow Vista is a designer favorite for drystacking. With a drystack, tight fit, or mortarless installation, you can expect the waste factor and installation cost to increase substantially. The installation cost of drystacking is due to the cost of labor for field trimming by your mason which makes the pieces fit perfectly together.

- We purchased from Quarry Mill a custom blend of stone designed by one of our good friends who is a masonry contractor. I communicated with Brandon about the blend very easily by both phone and email. Brandon answered all our questions and clearly explained the process due to the blend. The stones came on separate pallets to be mixed by our masonry contractor. Excellent stone and excellent service from Brandon. Thank you.
